Put Your *WHY* Before Your *HOW*
We’re living through an extraordinary golden age of software. There are so many products and services out there, covering almost anything you can think of. Within some verticals, there are tens (if not hundreds) of options, each with its own idiosyncracies and niches they target. Online collaboration, knowledge management, team communications, issue tracking, file sharing, the list goes on.

They don’t know the specific challenges you’re trying to solve with their tool. They aren’t thinking about how to best orient your team to this new way of working. They’re building the what. The why and how have been left to you to sort out.
Is that investment you made in this new tooling really providing the returns you expected? Is it facilitating smoother operations or just helping you spin more plates? Do you have the time (or energy) to figure it out on your own? Let’s talk about your why and see if we can’t figure out a more effective how.
